OWC-7716 Portable Pressurized Consistometer, has compact volume and is convenient to use, which can be put on the worktable of usual laboratories. The reason for the equipment has compact volume with performance is attributed to the vessel made by high-strength alloy. The slurry cup is adopted the structure of rotating cup and fixed paddle in accordance with API specification, and the vessel is capable of high-temperature and high-pressure application, that is, most of API testing programs. The equipment has flexible structure and high accuracy. It can be used in limited-space sites, moving laboratories and drilling platforms.
OWC-7716 portable pressurized consistometer is easy to operate. All control valves and shifts are on a panel. Consistence, pressure and temperature can be read by display instrument and recorder on the panel. This equipment makes the heating and pressuring of the sealing vessel finished quickly, so that it meet the requirement of API specification 10, chapter 8 trying to shorten delay time before tests.
Temperature controller controls the rate of temperature rise of test slurry automatically. When the temperature reached the required value, the temperature controller automatically keeps constant target temperature. The pressure is provided by the air driving hydraulic pump of the system. The input air pressure of the hydraulic pump is controlled by a relief valve. The value of temperature and consistency is drawn by three-pen recorder. The temperature controller on the panel also displays the real-time temperature in the vessel, equipped with data collection system.

Ⅵ. Equipment Acceptance Method and Standard
Acceptance Method:
After the goods arrived in Party A site, Party B carries out acceptance in Party A’s specified place within two weeks when receiving Party A’s message. Free-training on site is provided after acceptance until engineers of the customer are familiar with equipment operation. Party A issues the acceptance certificate after the above work finished.
Acceptance Standard:
Party B guarantees to provide the equipment system which achieves the above indexes and complies with the quality standard of API. Acceptance Indexes are as follow:
1) Maximum Voltage: 137MPa
2) Maximum Temperature: 204℃
3) Voltage: 220V+/-15%
Ⅶ. Equipment Quality Guarantee and After-sale Service Agreement
Equipment quality guarantee period is within 12 months since formal acceptance finished, which belongs to quality problems. Party B provides free service and repair within 7 days (except one-year spare parts and consumables). The equipment is provided free lifetime service. Beyond guarantee period, paid services are available, such as system maintenance, consumable materials, etc.
