Application

CTI-12 is water-soluble tetrapolymer.

CTI-12 can significantly reduce the fluid loss of cement slurry in cementing.

CTI-12 has excellent salt tolerance, could be used in saturated brine slurry system.

CTI-12 has wide temperature range, could be used effectively at 350℉（BHCT）.

CTI-12 could be used above 400℉（BHCT），in a suitable cement slurry system.

CTI-12 is suitable for freshwater, seawater and brine cement slurry systems.

CTI-12 has good compatibility with all kinds of API cement and other oil well cement admixtures.

CTI-12L need be used through wet-mixing, the usual dosage is 2.0 to 6.0%.

CTI-12S could be used through wet-mixing or dry-mixing, the usual dosage is 0.6 to 2.0%.

The actual dosage of CTI-12 should be determined experimentally before application according to

the construction temperature and performance requirements of cement slurry.

Slurry composition (90℃, 1.90±0.02 g/cm3): 800g JH-G, 320g Fresh water, 32g XBA-205L (or 352g

Fresh water, 12g XBA-205S), 0.8g XBA-91L.

Packaging and Storage

CTI-12L is packed with 25L/1000L barrel, XBA-205S is packed with 25kg bag, or according to user

requirements. The packed products should be saved in a cool, ventilated place to avoid high temperature,

exposure and damage.

Shelf life: 24 months.
